Olivia MacDonald serves as the Executive Director of Business Operations for BCSC across all locations. In this leadership role, she oversees the organization’s administrative and business operations, as well as property management.
Olivia partners with the BCSC Operations Teams, Clinical Directors, and admin staff to support both clinical and business functions. She oversees all human resources activities, leads all general office operations, coordinates new patient intakes, provides oversight of patient billing, coordinates company events, and manages all scheduling on behalf of Dr. Madigan.
Prior to joining BCSC, Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She began her career at Mass General Brigham in the Corporate Office, where she supported the Continuing Medical Education Department. In this role, she collaborated with physicians throughout the Boston area to develop and promote continuing medical education programs across the Mass General Brigham network. Olivia’s background also includes experience in medical sales, where she developed strong relationship management and strategic communication skills within the healthcare industry.
