As the Director of Business Development for BCSC across Massachusetts, California, and Maine, Olivia MacDonald plays a key leadership role in planning and directing all administrative, financial, and business operations, as well as property management. Working closely with Founder and Director Dr. Ryan Madigan, Olivia leverages her background in business and public health to serve as a trusted advisor to Dr. Madigan and his partners.
In addition to her strategic responsibilities, Olivia collaborates with the BCSC Operations Team, Clinical Director, and staff to support both clinical and business functions. She oversees all human resources activities, supports general office procedures,coordinates new patient intake,oversees patient billing, and plans organizational events. Olivia is also responsible for all scheduling on behalf of Dr. Madigan.
Before joining BCSC, Olivia earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Following graduation, she worked at Mass General Brigham in the Corporate Office, where she supported the Continuing Medical Education Department. There, she partnered with physicians across the Boston area to develop and promote continuing medical education programs across the MGB network.
