Our Individualized Intensive Outpatient Program (I-IOP) is a multifaceted, intensive treatment program for children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds who are struggling with multiple or complex problems. Our program provides a range of supports to bridge the gap between residential/day treatment programs and traditional outpatient therapy. Our I-IOP typically includes outpatient therapy one or multiple times per week, parent/caregiver coaching services, medication management, and group therapy for clients as well as their parents/caregivers. In addition, other therapeutic services may further be included in the treatment plan such as exposure coaching, skills coaching, family therapy, and/or executive functioning training. I-IOP begins with an evaluation to develop an individualized intensive treatment program that targets your needs at the appropriate “dosage.” Next, you (and as needed, your family) will meet with your team to discuss your individualized goals. Your treatment team will meet weekly to collaborate and assure that they are providing you with the best care that fits your values, relevant cultural factors, and specific needs. You will also be part of a monthly team meeting to monitor progress toward your treatment goals. Frequency: Services from 1-5 days a week, 1-3 hours a day, at BCSC, at home, and/or in school settings. Read More

Our Individualized Partial Hospitalization Program/Day Treatment Program (I-PHP/Day) is designed to provide a short-term, structured outpatient treatment program over the course of a typical school day. The goal of our I-PHP/Day is to provide individuals with the necessary support and skills to manage their mental health condition while still living at home (as opposed to residential care). BCSC’s I-PHP/Day is an expanded version of our I-IOP to extend the treatment experience to approximately an 8-hour day. Treatment plans within our I-PHP/Day typically include individual therapy, parent/caregiver coaching, group therapy, and medication management, and may also include exposure coaching, skills coaching, family therapy, and/or executive functioning training. In addition, dedicated blocks of time may include independent academic time and/or values-based activities or exposures. I-PHP/Day begins with an evaluation to develop an individualized intensive treatment program that targets your and your family’s needs. Next, you (and as needed, your family) will meet with your team to discuss your individualized goals. Your treatment team will meet weekly to collaborate and assure that they are providing you with the best care that fits your values, relevant cultural factors, and specific needs. Read More
